Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic TGT Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi to middle and secondary school students, fostering language proficiency, literary appreciation, and effective communication skills while maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach Hindi grammar, literature, composition, reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, examinations, projects, and classroom activities.
- Encourage students to develop a strong understanding and appreciation of Hindi language and literature.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and behavior.
- Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their academic performance.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Use innovative teaching methods and educational technology to improve learning outcomes.
- Ensure a safe, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or a related subject.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution.
- CTET/STET qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language, grammar, and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
