- Patient Care & Safety: Deliver safe, compassionate and evidence-based nursing care while ensuring adherence to patient safety, infection control and clinical protocols.
- Clinical Monitoring: Assess and continuously monitor patient condition, identify deterioration/early warning signs and ensure timely escalation to the physician/senior nurse.
- Medication & Treatment: Administer medications, IV therapies and prescribed treatments accurately, ensuring compliance with medication safety protocols.
- Documentation & Handover: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation/EMR records and ensure effective shift handover for continuity of care.
- Patient & Family Experience: Communicate empathetically with patients and attendants, address concerns appropriately and contribute to positive patient experience.
- Emergency & Team Coordination: Respond effectively to clinical emergencies and coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for timely patient management.
- Quality & Professional Development: Comply with NABH/hospital standards, participate in audits and quality initiatives, and continuously develop clinical competencies.
Education: B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution; valid Nursing Council registration.
Experience: 0–5 years of relevant clinical experience; experience in a hospital/multispecialty setup preferred. For critical care roles, ICU/critical care experience.
