Job Title: Junior Purchase Officer

Experience: Freshers / 2+ Years Experience
Qualification: Any Degree
- Assist in day-to-day procurement activities for domestic and international purchases.
- Support preparation and processing of purchase orders and related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments for timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in vendor communication, follow-ups, and basic negotiation activities.
- Help maintain inventory records and procurement data.
- Support import and export documentation processes under guidance.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of purchase transactions and reports.
- Learn and follow company procurement policies and compliance requirements.
- Assist in coordinating with freight forwarders and customs agents when required.
Required skills:
- Freshers or 2+ years of experience in purchase/procurement or related field.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn import/export documentation and logistics processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow in procurement domain.
