Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience in calling or sales process preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Ability to handle emails and maintain records
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IndiaMART inquiries and leads
- Make outbound calls and follow up with customers
- Maintain customer data and reports in Excel
- Respond to customer emails and queries
- Coordinate with the sales team
- Update lead status and maintain records
