Hiring: Japanese Language Specialist (CL 8) – Pharma Domain
Location: Bangalore (Remote/Hybrid)
We are hiring an experienced Japanese Language Specialist (CL 8) for a leading organization.
Job Requirements
* JLPT N3 Certification is mandatory.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Pharma industry along with spanish role.
* Experience in team handling/people management is mandatory.
* Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
* Only candidates with relevant Pharma domain experience will be considered.
Work Mode
* The role is primarily Remote.
* However, candidates must be willing to visit the Bangalore office for joining and documentation. Hence, candidates should be comfortable with a Hybrid work arrangement.
Shift
* Japanese Shift (Early Morning Shift)
Notice Period
* Immediate joiners to 45 days preferred.
Preferred Candidate
* Proven experience in the Pharma domain.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working in an early morning Japanese shift.
