Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management is mandatory.
- 0–3 years of experience in Housekeeping / Hotels / Resorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas.
- Ensure rooms are prepared and maintained according to resort standards.
- Replenish guest room amenities and housekeeping supplies.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the concerned department.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Assist the Housekeeping team with daily operational requirements.
- Follow all resort policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Housekeeping / Hotels / Resorts is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with housekeeping duties.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and guest-oriented.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
