Salesforce Technical Lead – Noida (Night Shift | Remote with Friday Office Visit)
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of IT experience specializing in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across the full SDLC including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive architecture and technical design for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Participate in client discovery calls, presales discussions, solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposals.
- Ensure high-quality code, best practices, governance, and successful production deployments.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development.
- Hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and deployment processes.
- Experience in presales activities, client communication, estimation, and solution architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Location & Shift
- Location: Noida
- Work Mode: Remote (Night Shift)
- Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST / 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
- Office Visit: Mandatory every Friday for meetings.
Pay: ₹1,549,526.08 - ₹3,038,937.92 per year
