IT Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve system errors, application problems, and connectivity issues.
- Assist end-users with IT-related concerns via phone, email, or in person.
System & Network Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure (Computers, servers, networks, operating systems).
- Monitor system performance and security to prevent downtime or cyber threats.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and data recovery procedures.
IT Service Management (ITSM):
- Ensure compliance with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Track and manage service requests, incidents, and problem resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats, viruses, and data breaches.
- Manage user access controls, permissions, and authentication processes.
- Ensure IT policies and procedures align with company and regulatory standards.
Project Support & System Upgrades:
- Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
- Work with vendors and third-party providers for IT procurement and solutions.
- Document system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
