Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and highly organized Tour Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our travelers—from designing bespoke itineraries and selling customized tour packages to offering real-time on-ground support during their journeys.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customized Package Design & Itinerary Creation
- Design, curate, and price tailored domestic and international tour packages based on client preferences, budgets, and interests.
- Draft engaging, day-wise itineraries that offer unique, high-quality travel experiences.
- Stay updated on destination trends, flight/train schedules, hotel options, local attractions, and travel advisories.
2. Tour Operations
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for travelers while they are on their trip, providing 24/7 emergency support when necessary.
Guest Relations & Customer Service
- Promptly address and resolve pre-departure, in-destination, and post-trip guest queries or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Build strong rapport with clients to foster repeat business and drive positive word-of-mouth reviews.
- Conduct post-tour feedback calls/surveys to measure customer satisfaction and gather insights for continuous improvement.
CRM & Database Management
- Efficiently log and manage leads, guest inquiries, bookings, and traveler profiles in the company CRM.
- Maintain organized travel documentation (e.g., vouchers, tickets, insurance policies, itineraries, and payment receipts).
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Ensure seamless communication of special requests (e.g., dietary preferences, accessibility needs, anniversary arrangements) to partners on the ground.
- Verify booking confirmations, vouchers, and vendor invoices prior to client departure.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in tour package customization, travel operations, or guest relations within the travel industry.
KOLKATA LOCATION PREFERABLE
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
