Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, conducting solution workshops, configuring SCM modules, supporting integrations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Costing, along with experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Support

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.

Manage Oracle Fusion SCM implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-Go-Live support.

Conduct solution workshops, architecture discussions, and business process mapping sessions.

Lead SCM functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Functional Expertise

Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:

Self-Service Procurement

Manufacturing

Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and coordinate Oracle Service Requests (SRs).

Support business process optimization across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
Integration & Reporting
-
Collaborate with technical teams to develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
-
Develop and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, and operational reports.
-
Support data migration activities using FBDI and other Oracle migration utilities.
Testing & Production Support
-
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.

Monitor daily batch jobs, interfaces, and scheduled processes.

Provide production support, including month-end and period-end closure activities.
Stakeholder Management
-
Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.

Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams.
Experience
-
6–12 years of experience in Oracle ERP, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM.

Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and support projects
