Production Planning: Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing downtime and maximizing machinery utilization.Quality & Compliance: Implement and enforce quality systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP) to ensure products meet regulatory and internal standards.Continuous Improvement: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, shift supervisors, and floor workers.Resource Allocation: Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials and spare parts are always available.Safety Protocols: Enforce strict adherence to safety and health regulations to prevent workplace hazards.
