Support SAP SD process configurations and rollouts.
Assist in implementation and enhancement activities.
Provide ongoing application support for SD processes.
Support change requests and system improvements.
Sales Process Management
Support end-to-end sales processes within SAP SD.
Assist in managing sales order processing activities.
Support returns, export, consignment, and other SD processes.
Ensure adherence to defined business processes and controls.
Pricing & Billing Support
Support configuration and maintenance of pricing procedures.
Assist in troubleshooting pricing-related issues.
Support delivery processing and billing lifecycles.
Validate pricing, billing, and order-related transactions.
Integration Management
Support integration between SD and MM modules.
Assist in SD-FI integration activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues.
Support testing of integrated business scenarios.
Testing & Implementation Support
Assist in system testing, UAT, and rollout activities.
Prepare and maintain test scenarios and test scripts.
Support defect tracking and issue resolution during implementation.
Ensure successful deployment of process enhancements.
User Support & Issue Resolution
Resolve routine user queries and transactional issues.
Guide users in executing SAP SD processes effectively.
Monitor support tickets and ensure timely closure.
Escalate complex issues to senior consultants when required.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Prepare and maintain process documentation.
Develop user guides and training materials.
Document configuration changes and support activities.
Ensure process documentation remains updated.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams.
Participate in requirement gathering and process discussions.
Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.
