Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all civil construction activities related to roads, sewerage, drainage, and infrastructure development.
- Ensure execution of internal roads, pavements, sewer lines, manholes, storm water drains, and water supply networks as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for timely project execution.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, BOQs, and material consumption.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality requirements.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of civil infrastructure before project handover.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
