About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Business Rules Engine (BRE) development. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, implementing, and maintaining rule-based systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Business Rules Engine (BRE) solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into configurable business rules.
- Integrate BRE with enterprise applications and backend systems.
- Optimize rule execution performance and ensure system scalability.
- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Business Rules Engines (BRE).
- Proficiency in Java, C#, or another object-oriented programming language.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Drools, IBM ODM, or similar BRE platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Pay: ₹527,854.16 - ₹1,068,338.33 per year
