We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Hindi Pre-Sales & Customer Support Executive to help us expand across North India.
You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating SaaSGOLD, a leading Jewellery Business Management Software, to jewellery store owners and supporting customers during onboarding and daily usage.
If you enjoy talking to customers, conducting software demos, solving problems, and building long-term relationships, this role is for you.
What You'll DoPre-Sales Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound enquiries and leads from North India
✅ Explain SaaSGOLD features and benefits in Hindi
✅ Conduct live product demonstrations via Google Meet & Zoom
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans
✅ Follow up with prospects and support the sales conversion process
✅ Coordinate with sales and technical teams during onboarding
✅ Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM
Customer Support Responsibilities
✅ Provide support via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email
✅ Guide customers on software features and workflows
✅ Resolve basic product usage queries
✅ Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
✅ Assist customers during software setup and onboarding
✅ Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Required Skills
✔ Fluent Hindi Communication (Mandatory)
✔ Basic English Communication
✔ Excellent Presentation & Convincing Skills
✔ Comfortable with Google Meet, Zoom, CRM & WhatsApp Business
✔ Strong Follow-Up & Customer Handling Skills
✔ Basic Computer Knowledge
Preferred Experience
1+ Year Experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or SaaS Sales
Experience Handling North Indian Clients
Software Demo Experience Preferred
ERP / Jewellery Software Experience is an Added Advantage
