Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales and build qualified pipeline across the Singapore and UAE markets for FieldCamp, our AI-powered Field Service Management platform. The ideal candidate has strong B2B SaaS outbound sales experience, is confident engaging international and enterprise buyers, and can independently research prospects, execute multi-channel outreach, and book qualified meetings.

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong outbound and cold-calling track record.

Prior sales experience targeting Singapore, UAE, APAC, or Middle East markets.
Experience selling to enterprise/mid-market decision-makers, not only SMB customers.
Excellent, confident English communication, particularly for international phone conversations.
Strong hands-on experience with lead generation, prospect research, and outbound sequencing.
Experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Close CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms.
Comfortable with 80–100+ outbound calls per day and working hours overlapping Singapore/UAE time zones.
Strong Plus: Experience selling Field Service Management (FSM), vertical SaaS, or communication/automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Own outbound prospecting across Singapore and UAE, targeting enterprise and mid-market businesses.

Execute high-volume outreach through cold calls (80–100+ daily), LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
Research, identify, and qualify decision-makers including CEOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, and Operations Managers.
Build targeted prospect lists and generate qualified leads independently.
Book qualified discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
Develop and continuously improve cold-call scripts, email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, and outreach cadences.
Maintain accurate lead, activity, and opportunity data in the CRM.
Track key outbound metrics including calls, connects, conversations, response rates, and meetings booked.
