Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Site Engineer and Project Manager in day-to-day site execution activities.
- Supervise construction work to ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of construction.
- Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment utilization.
- Assist in quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and billing measurements.
- Verify construction work as per approved drawings and BOQs.
- Conduct routine site inspections and report technical issues to senior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper site documentation, including inspection reports, work records, and progress reports.
- Support project planning and timely completion of construction activities.
- Learn and implement best construction practices under the guidance of senior professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Internship or project experience in construction will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and BOQs.
- Willingness to learn project planning, quality control, and construction management.
