Key Responsibilities
Software & Platform Administration
- Administer, configure, and maintain business software platforms including Zoho suits and other integrated SaaS tools
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls across all platforms
- Set up workflows, automations, custom modules, and integrations within Zoho and other tools
- Monitor platform performance and ensure uptime and data integrity
- Liaise with software vendors for license management, renewals, and escalations
- Bug Fixing & Technical Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve technical errors, bugs, and system failures across software platforms and web properties
- Debug issues in web applications (frontend and backend) and provide timely fixes
- Maintain logs of issues, root cause analyses, and resolution documentation
- Proactively identify vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks before they impact operations
- Design, develop, and maintain company websites and internal web applications
- Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and cross-browser compatible
- Manage web hosting, domain configurations, SSL certificates, and DNS settings
- Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools into web platforms
- Build and manage integrations between different software platforms using tools like Zapier, Make, or native APIs
- Automate repetitive business processes to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain data flows between CRM, ERP, marketing, and communication tools
- IT Support & Documentation
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal teams for all software-related issues
- Train staff on new tools, features, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Zoho Suite (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Analytics, or similar modules) — hands-on experience is mandatory
- Web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; working knowledge of PHP, Python, or similar
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar
- Understanding of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and basic query writing
- Experience with REST APIs and webhook-based integrations
- Knowledge of Git / version control for managing code changes
- Basic understanding of web hosting, cPanel, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), and DNS management
- Comfortable reading server logs and using browser developer tools for debugging
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability and must be able to independently investigate and resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward identifying risks
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (Zoho Certified Administrator, AWS, Google, etc.) will be a strong advantage
Good to Have
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, or Zoho Projects)
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns)
- Exposure to cybersecurity practices and data protection compliance
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software integrations
- Basic graphic design or UI design skills (Figma, Canva)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
