Salary Range: 25k to 30k
Roles:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Manage employee joining formalities, documentation, induction, and orientation.
- Handle resignation, full & final settlement coordination, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in employee performance appraisal processes.
- Track probation confirmations and performance reviews.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee records.
- Maintain HR metrics and support management with HR analytics.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / MHRM preferred.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance will be an added advantage.
