Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and company property by monitoring entry and exit points, patrolling the premises, and responding promptly to security-related situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of guests, employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols of the resort premises.
- Maintain visitor, vehicle, and material movement registers.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.
- Prevent unauthorized access and ensure company property is protected.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
- Assist in crowd control during events and functions.
- Ensure fire safety equipment is accessible and report any defects.
- Report accidents, thefts, damages, or unusual incidents immediately.
- Maintain discipline, proper grooming, and professional behavior at all times.
- Assist guests and employees whenever required.
- Follow all company policies and security procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Security Guard (hotel, resort, commercial establishment, or industrial security preferred).
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English and Tamil.
- Good communication and observation skills.
