About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, inventory management, order processing, marketplace operations, customer support, and online sales performance across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and company websites.
- Upload product details, images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and customer queries.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
- Run and monitor promotional campaigns and marketplace advertisements.
- Ensure accurate catalog management and product information.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
- Maintain seller account health and resolve marketplace issues.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of SEO, product listing optimization, and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
