Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a high-energy, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Thane - Wagle Estate.

Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Thane – Wagle Estate
CTC: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Additional attractive incentives based on performance
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Saturday & Sunday: Working
Work Mode: Work from Office
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls with prospective learners/customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right learning programs
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them throughout the sales journey
- Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle — Lead → Follow-up → Conversion → Closure
- Continuously improve your sales approach, objection handling, and closing skills
What We’re Looking For
- 2–8 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / EdTech Sales / B2C Sales
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Target-oriented with a strong hunger to achieve and earn
- Ability to handle high volume leads and follow ups
- Positive attitude, discipline, and strong ownership
- Candidates who enjoy a fast paced, performance driven sales environment
