Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Administration
* Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
* Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and domain services.
* Perform server upgrades, migrations, patching, and performance optimization.
* Monitor infrastructure health and ensure operational stability.
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
* Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
* Configure security, compliance, and access policies.
* Support Azure AD (Entra ID) and hybrid environments.
* Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and user access concerns.
Server & Virtualization Management
* Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
* Configure backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and failover solutions.
* Administer VMware ESXi, VMware vCenter, and Hyper-V platforms.
* Perform VM provisioning, migration, resource optimization, and monitoring.
Network & Security Administration
* Troubleshoot advanced TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and firewall-related issues.
* Manage endpoint security, IAM, MFA, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance.
* Participate in incident response and infrastructure security initiatives.
Incident & Problem Management
* Handle critical incidents and major outages.
* Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
* Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.
Automation & Database Support
* Develop and maintain PowerShell and batch scripts.
* Automate repetitive operational tasks and reporting.
* Support SQL Server connectivity, backups, and basic database troubleshooting.
Technical Leadership
* Mentor and guide L1 and L2 support engineers.
* Review technical documentation and operational procedures.
* Participate in infrastructure planning and improvement initiatives.
