Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall sales operations of multiple branches within the assigned region. The role focuses on achieving sales and revenue targets, improving branch performance, enhancing client conversion rates, managing sales teams, and ensuring effective coordination between sales, operations, and management.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve regional sales and revenue targets assigned by management.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of branches.
- Improve lead-to-conversion ratio across all branches.
- Develop strategies to increase admissions, visa processing, and PR conversions.
2. Team Management
- Supervise Branch Managers, Team Leaders, Immigration Consultants, and Sales Teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Motivate and train teams to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor employee productivity and discipline.
3. Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion plans.
- Develop referral networks and business partnerships.
- Coordinate seminars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Support branch-level marketing and lead generation initiatives.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Handle escalated client issues and complaints.
- Ensure proper follow-up and client satisfaction.
- Maintain high service standards across all branches.
5. Operations & Compliance
- Ensure branches follow company SOPs and immigration compliance procedures.
- Monitor documentation quality and process standards.
- Ensure ethical counselling and sales practices.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regional MIS reports and sales reports.
- Track branch-wise performance, revenue, and productivity.
- Submit regular updates to senior management.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Good understanding of immigration and study abroad processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).
- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7–15 years of experience in sales management, branch management, or business development.
- Experience in Immigration, Overseas Education, Banking, Insurance, or other service-oriented industries preferred.
- Prior experience in the Immigration or Study Abroad industry will be an added advantage.
