- Oversee inventory and supplies management
- Train and supervise lab staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS)
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of laboratory procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required for freshers
- Must be able to work on-site at the designated location
