Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pharma Sales Executive to promote pharmaceutical products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals. Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups with existing and potential clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide product information, presentations, and demonstrations to customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or related field. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry preferred.
