Position: Civil Engineer
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Preferred Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 10 to 15 years of expertise in civil construction, site execution, project coordination, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects and should be able to handle site operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities at site.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with drawings/specifications.
Review structural drawings, BOQs, estimates, and material requirements.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
Manage site manpower, materials, and project schedules efficiently.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.
Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and site execution.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Experience in project planning, estimation, billing, and vendor coordination.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Should have experience in handling independent site operations.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram / Delhi NCR.
Experience in residential, commercial, or real estate projects will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
