STM Journals, a division of Consortium e-Learning Network Pvt. Ltd., is an academic publishing organization managing scholarly journals, conferences, books, special issues, and research communication initiatives across science, technology, medicine, and multidisciplinary fields.
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will execute assigned campaigns under the Digital Marketing Team Lead’s direction. The role focuses on accurate, timely delivery across content, SEO, social media, email marketing, paid-media support, analytics, and lead tracking. Campaign strategy, budgets, final approvals, and team performance remain with the Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign and Content Execution
Execute assigned activities from the approved monthly campaign calendar for journals, conferences, subscriptions, and research initiatives.
Draft concise, accurate copy for emails, social posts, banners, landing pages, and ad variations.
Create routine digital creatives in Canva according to approved brand templates and specifications.
Submit work for review before publication and complete revisions within the assigned timeline.
2. SEO and Website Support
Conduct basic keyword and competitor research using the approved process and tools.
Implement assigned on-page SEO updates, including meta titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, headings, and internal links.
Monitor Search Console and GA4 for assigned pages and flag material traffic, indexing, or tracking issues to the Team Lead.
3. Paid-Media and Lead-Tracking Support
Prepare approved ad copy, creative assets, audience inputs, and campaign sheets for Google and Meta campaigns.
Use approved UTM naming conventions and verify links before campaigns go live.
Record incoming leads accurately, remove obvious duplicates, tag the source and campaign, and escalate incomplete or suspicious entries.
Do not change campaign budgets, bidding, targeting, or live settings without Team Lead approval.
4. Social Media and Community Response
Schedule and publish approved content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
Monitor comments and direct messages; respond using approved information or escalate policy, pricing, publication, or complaint-related queries.
Maintain weekly channel metrics for reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, and inquiries.
5. Email Marketing and Database Hygiene
Build and test approved email campaigns in Sendy, Mailchimp, Brevo, or the designated platform.
Maintain segmented contact lists and correctly process invalid addresses, bounces, unsubscribes, and suppression records.
Track deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and lead responses; flag unusual changes.
6. Reporting, Compliance, and AI Use
Maintain complete daily work logs, campaign trackers, lead sheets, and asset folders.
Follow approval, data privacy, consent, brand, and academic-publishing communication guidelines.
Use AI tools only for approved research and drafting support, with human fact-checking, rewriting, originality review, and Team Lead approval before use.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, IT, Business, or a related field.
6 months–1 year of practical digital marketing experience, or a structured internship with real campaign exposure.
Basic working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media publishing, and email marketing.
Practical ability with Canva and Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to GA4 or Search Console is preferred.
Good written and verbal English, attention to detail, punctuality, willingness to learn, and ability to follow review processes.
What We Offer
Monthly salary of INR 18,000–28,000, based on practical skills and interview performance.
