Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to UK-based customers regarding Solar Insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and coverage in a professional manner.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UK sales standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- International voice process: 1 year (Preferred)
