WebCodeGenie Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Project Coordinator with over 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience in understanding the client’s requirements and making sure the development team is handling them properly. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in preparing sprint plans, requirement documents, wireframes, and feature flows for the application. The candidate must be self-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in managing projects end-to-end.
Strong proficiency in executing websites and custom development (Mobile and web applications) with developers.
Experience in executing and managing Custom frameworks with multiple business concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
1.5 to 2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role.
Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
Ability to create wireframes, process diagrams, and workflow charts.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
An IT Background and being familiar with IT technologies is an add-on.
Must have Excellent Written communication & Writing Skills.
Experience in working with Custom Frameworks.
Maintain and monitor project plans, project deliverables, developers’ working hours, and project budgets (if fixed cost).
Documentation and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Give time-to-time updates to the client, where all updates should be shared and noted.
Manage project changes and handle all urgent requests from the client.
Help Developers understand project tasks as required.
Making sure the client's views are managed towards the best solution.
Should have experience in working with multiple Project Management Tools to create Stories and Epics.
Knowledge of gathering and understanding the client’s requirements and explaining requirements to respective technical departments.
Having experience in marketing the product and giving reports to the client will be a benefit.
Making sure of final deliverables, with responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction.
