Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to drive the vision, quality, and execution of motion design across all platforms. This role combines hands-on motion design with team leadership and creative direction, ensuring engaging, on-brand visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the motion design team, providing creative direction and feedback
- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations
- Develop motion design concepts, storyboards, and style frames
- Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all motion assets
- Collaborate with marketing, content, video, and product teams
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively
- Review and approve final motion deliverables
- Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and best practices
- Coordinate with external agencies, editors, sound designers, and vendors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6–9+ years of experience in motion design or animation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and storytelling
- Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools
- Strong understanding of timing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling
- Experience managing and mentoring designers
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya
- Knowledge of UI/UX motion and micro-interactions
- Experience with scripting/expressions in After Effects
- Familiarity with real-time engines (Unreal / Unity)
- Experience in [industry: tech, advertising, media, gaming, SaaS, etc.]

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
