Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Admin (Generalist) to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will support employee lifecycle management, maintain HR records, coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth office administration while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new hires.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee data management.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Administration
- Manage office administration activities and vendor coordination.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, travel arrangements, and facility management.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory records.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and workplace facilities.
