Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Lead Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, team handling experience, and the ability to drive technical decisions aligned with business goals.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full stack development team.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Develop secure and efficient backend APIs and services.
- Participate in architecture planning and technical decision-making.
- Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and sprint goals.
- Handle deployment, cloud integration, and CI/CD processes.
