Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and be capable of handling recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, and basic payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor workers and office staff.
- Source, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training sessions, induction programs, and performance review processes.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and MIS reports.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong HR internship experience may also be considered.
