Sales & Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Representative to manage customer enquiries, convert leads into sales, build long-term customer relationships, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to identify upselling opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to maximize conversions and retention.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and post-sales queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products, services, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, telecalling, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Professional, positive, and customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
