We are inviting applications from accomplished Aeronautical
Engineering faculty members who can lead academic delivery, mentor students, contribute to innovation, and strengthen industry linkages.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver core and advanced courses in Aeronautical Engineering, with strong conceptual clarity and industry relevance.
- Plan and conduct lectures, tutorials, labs, and practical sessions (including simulation/tools where applicable).
- Develop course plans, lecture notes, lab manuals, question banks, and outcome-based assessment tools.
- Guide student projects (minor/major), capstone design, technical competitions, and innovation challenges.
- Supervise research work (for eligible senior roles), publications, funded proposals, and departmental research activities.
- Mentor students for higher studies, internships, placements, and career pathways in aviation/aerospace sectors.
- Support industry engagement: expert talks, MoUs, workshops, certifications, and collaborative projects with airlines/MROs/ aerospace companies.
- Promote disciplined academic culture through punctuality, structured evaluation, and student performance tracking.
Qualifications (Essential)
- M.Tech / M.E. in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering (or closely related specialization) OR
- Ph.D. in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering (preferred for
- Associate Professor/Professor roles).
- Strong command over aerodynamics, aircraft structures, propulsion, flight mechanics, avionics basics, materials, manufacturing, and maintenance-oriented engineering concepts.
