About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Digital Solution Consultant to join our team in Dehradun. In this client-facing role, you will connect with leads, understand their business needs, and pitch tailored digital solutions and services. You will engage with clients across India, Europe, and the USA, making strong English communication skills essential. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals who enjoy consultative selling and building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to and call assigned leads to introduce our services and solutions.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital solutions accordingly.
- Sell services to Indian, European, and USA-based clients through consultative conversations.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations (primarily online).
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Required Skills
Communication & Sales
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency (mandatory you will be pitching to Indian, European,
- and USA clients).

Basic Technical Knowledge (No Coding Required)
- Comfortable using everyday digital tools and software.

- Ability to understand digital services (websites, apps, digital marketing) well enough to explain them to
- clients.
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹*15,000 – ₹*18,000 (based on experience and interview performance).
