We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in B2B lead generation, cold email outreach, and campaign management for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute B2B cold email campaigns for IT services.
- Build targeted prospect lists and manage outreach databases.
- Use Apollo.io, Gmass, Mailchimp, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
- Track campaign performance, including open rates, CTRs, reply rates, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on email copy, subject lines, and campaign schedules.
- Maintain email deliverability through domain warming and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and hand off qualified leads.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Outbound Email Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience working with IT services or technology-focused companies.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Gmass, Mailchimp, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Basic understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email deliverability, domain warming, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written English and cold email copywriting skills.
- Self-driven, organized, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of campaign analytics and A/B testing.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
