Role Summary:
The Accounts & EDP Executive is responsible for managing the organization's accounting activities, financial records, data management systems, and administrative reporting. The role ensures accurate financial transactions, timely reporting, proper maintenance of student and business databases, and smooth execution of office operations through efficient data processing and record management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Management
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and update cash books, ledgers, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Process receipts, payments, invoices, and expense reimbursements.
- Monitor fee collections and outstanding dues.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain records related to taxation, statutory compliance, and audits.
- Coordinate with management and auditors for financial documentation.
EDP (Electronic Data Processing) & MIS Management
- Maintain accurate student, employee, and operational databases.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure timely data entry and verification of records.
- Manage digital records, backups, and documentation systems.
- Prepare performance reports, attendance reports, and operational dashboards.
- Support implementation and maintenance of software systems used by the organization.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and security.
Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing reports for management review.
- Coordinate with various departments for data collection and reporting.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Support admission, fee management, and student record processes as required.
- Handle official correspondence related to accounts and data management.
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP/Tally Prime).
- Strong data management and MIS reporting skills.
- Good analytical and numerical abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
