About the Role
Programming.com is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our Collections & Receivables function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Accounts Receivable for IT Services/IT Staffing clients, driving collections, reducing outstanding receivables, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Collections activities.
- Drive timely collections and ensure healthy cash flow.
- Monitor aging reports, DSO, overdue receivables, and collection performance.
- Follow up with client finance/AP teams for timely payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the AR/Collections team.
- Prepare MIS reports, collection forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to improve collection efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Collections.
- Mandatory experience working with IT Services, IT Staffing, or Technology clients.
- Strong expertise in collections, receivables management, aging analysis, DSO, and cash flow management.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is preferred.
