Position: Customer Support Executive – Voice & Semi-Voice
Domain: Finance (EMI & Loan Recovery)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound calls for EMI recovery and loan recovery.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and penalty collections.
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines while interacting with customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–2 years of experience in a BPO Voice or Semi-Voice process within the Finance domain.
- Experience in EMI recovery, loan recovery, penalty collection, or debt recovery is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Kannada language is mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update customer records.
- Debt Recovery Certification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
