About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their gifting requirements, recommending suitable products, and creating a warm and memorable in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable gifting options.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our products, new launches, offers, and gifting trends.
- Support attractive product displays and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally and share relevant insights with the management team.
- Maintain a positive and premium customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Assist with basic store operations, inventory coordination, and product replenishment when required.
