Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Admission Counselors to guide prospective students, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Counsel students about courses and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve admission targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge.
- Experience in EdTech or admission counseling is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Candidates should have strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with admission targets.
