Job Title: Interior Site Engineer Location:
The Interior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all on-site interior execution works, ensuring quality control, adherence to drawings, coordination with vendors/contractors, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute interior works as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Ensure special emphasis on detailed drawing review and thorough checking of all design details before execution.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and suppliers for site execution.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project manager.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for billing purposes.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure proper execution methods.
- Responsible for material planning, verification, and inventory monitoring.
- Ensure quality finishes and compliance with design and detailing standards.
- Handle client interactions during site visits and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering or related field.
- Above 8 years of experience in premium interior project execution (Premium residential/commercial/hospitality /Mall etc preferred).
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction details.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings and interior specifications.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Good communication and site management skills.
