Job Description
Torc Edu is looking for a skilled and responsible 2-Wheeler Instructor to train students in two-wheeler automobile technology, service procedures, diagnosis, repair, and workshop practices.
The candidate should be able to teach students through both theory and practical classes. The role includes explaining two-wheeler systems, conducting practical demonstrations, guiding students during workshop activities, checking student performance, and preparing them for real workshop jobs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical classes for two-wheeler automobile training.
- Teach two-wheeler systems, servicing, maintenance, repair, diagnosis, and inspection.
- Demonstrate proper use of tools, equipment, machines, and safety procedures.
- Guide students in lab work, assess their performance, and maintain attendance/progress records.
- Maintain a clean, safe workshop and prepare students for internships and job-ready skills.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of two-wheeler service, repair, maintenance, and diagnosis.
- Good understanding of engine, gearbox, clutch, brake, suspension, fuel, ignition, electrical, and charging systems.
- Ability to use workshop tools, multimeter, compression tester, and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly and conduct safe practical demonstrations.
- Good communication, classroom management, discipline, patience, and ability to train students from basic to job-ready level.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in two-wheeler service, repair, training, or automobile teaching is preferred.
- Experience in dealerships, service centers, garages, training institutes, or workshops will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical skills and teaching ability may also be considered.
Qualification
ITI, Diploma, Degree, or certification in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Two-Wheeler Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Mechanic, or related fields is preferred.
Candidates with strong practical workshop experience in two-wheeler service and repair may also be considered.
