Role Summary
The Personal Secretary to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to ensure efficient functioning of the MD’s office. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Manage MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Organize daily priorities, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and confidential documents.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications.
- Arrange board meetings, client meetings, and management reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action points and commitments.
Travel & Event Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and executive meetings.
Documentation & MIS
- Maintain confidential records, files, and databases.
- Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management review.
- Track important deadlines, renewals, and approvals.
Office Management Support
- Support smooth functioning of MD office operations.
- Liaise with vendors, visitors, and senior executives.
Desired Candidate ProfileQualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Secretarial certification will be an advantage.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience as Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant to senior management.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good drafting and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.

Compensation
- As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Working Days / Timings:
Monday to Saturday/9am to6.15pm
Immediate Joining:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
