Administrative Duties
- Manage daily office operations and documentation
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Maintain files, records, and office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and schedules
Accounting Duties
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
- Record daily financial transactions
- Assist with GST, TDS, and tax-related documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with auditors and accountants when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in administration and accounting preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and accounting software such as Tally
- Good communication and organizational skills (Hindi and English).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
