About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to support our growth initiatives through email marketing and LinkedIn outreach. The role involves researching prospects, building targeted lead lists, executing personalized outreach campaigns, and tracking performance to generate consistent and qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers
- Research prospects and create verified lead lists using LinkedIn and online tools
- Segment lead lists based on role, industry, and business needs
- Draft and execute email marketing campaigns (cold emails & follow-ups)
- Approach prospects through personalized email campaigns
- Execute LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, messages, follow-ups)
- Write and optimize email and LinkedIn message copies
- Follow up with prospects to improve response and conversion rates
- Personalize emails and LinkedIn messages for better response rates
- Track email and LinkedIn campaign performance (opens, clicks, replies)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and follow-ups
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing.
- Ability to write clear, conversion-focused email and LinkedIn messages
- Analytical mindset with comfort in tracking metrics and reports
- Ability to research and build accurate lead lists
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
