Role Overview
The
Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality educational visuals, illustrations,
infographics, and layouts that support PrepLadder’s medical and exam-prep content. The role demands
creativity, precision, and a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, and instructional design
principles.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for medical content, lectures, notes, mock tests, and other learning assets.
- Recreate complex medical diagrams, flowcharts, and concept-based visuals based on faculty or SME input.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, font, colour schemes, and branding across content formats.
- Collaborate closely with content writers, subject matter experts, video editors, and product teams to meet creative goals.
- Adapt graphics for multiple formats including web, mobile, PDF, PPTs, and social assets when needed.
- Handle revisions and feedback quickly while maintaining high visual quality.
- Stay updated with trends in digital design, UI/UX, and e-learning aesthetics.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and ensure proper version control.
- Work on rapid-turnaround projects without compromising accuracy or brand alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of professional experience as a graphic designer (edtech/medical content experience preferred).
