Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Corporate HR Team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing industries and be capable of sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates across various functions and levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate and plant positions.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
5. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
7. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
8. Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.
9. Build talent pipelines for critical and future positions.
10. Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
11. Coordinate campus recruitment drives and job fairs when required.
Eligibility Criteria
1. MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
2. 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, chemical, FMCG, or agro-processing industries.
3. Experience in hiring for production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, procurement, sales, finance, and corporate functions.
4. Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Required Skills
1. Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
2. Good communication and stakeholder management.
3. Negotiation and offer management skills.
4. Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
5. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
